Clearly, this basement was in need of a renovation!  Basically, this was a space in the home that wasn’t being utilized.  Lots of empty square footage just sitting waiting to be finished.  We discussed with our client what their vision was for a new basement.  Based on their criteria and input, we transformed this space into a beautiful living area!

After getting the main essential structures in place, it was time to get creative.  The owners of this home now have a fabulous living area complete with fireplace for entertaining family and friends.

We also added a guest suite complete with full size bedroom and bath.
